NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AND PUBLIC HEARING

An Ordinance to
Amend the King William County Code, Chapter 42. Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions, Article III. Hunting, Section 42-82, Use of Rifles.

The Board of Supervisors of King William County, Virginia, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Board Meeting Room of the County Administration Building, 180 Horse Landing Road, King William, Virginia, to receive public comment and to consider the ordinance captioned above.

Ordinance #18-02 will amend Section 42-82 of the County Code to allow hunting deer in King William County with a rifle under certain specified conditions.
