Free Health Clinic Coming to Warsaw - Nov. 12-13


Remote Area Medical to Provide Free Dental, Medical, and Vision Care in Richmond County 


Warsaw, Virginia (April 15, 2022) – Remote Area Medical --  RAM® -- a major nonprofit provider of pop-up clinics delivering free, quality, dental, vision and medical care to underserved and uninsured individuals -- is coming to Warsaw, VA, on November 12 and 13. Services available at the RAM clinic include dental cleanings, dental fillings, dental extractions, dental x-rays, eye exams, glaucoma testing, eyeglass prescriptions, eyeglasses made on-site, women's health exams, and general medical exams. All RAM services are free and no ID is required.   


The Richmond County RAM clinic will be located at Richmond County Elementary School, 361 Walnut Street, Warsaw. The clinic parking lot will open no later than 11:59 p.m on the night of Friday, November 11. Ticket distribution typically begins no later than 3 a.m., and patients will be seen in numerical order according to their ticket number when clinic doors open at 6 a.m. This process will repeat on November 13. In some situations, such as inclement weather, volunteer cancellations, or other circumstances outside of RAM’s control, ticketing may occur earlier than 3 a.m. RAM encourages everyone who would like services, especially dental services, to arrive as early as possible.
