CITIZEN'S COMMENT - Board of Supervisors


    A Citizen's Comment Period is provided at every regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors (normally the fourth Monday of each month) for citizens to speak on community issues that are not scheduled for public hearing. Citizens are invited to speak during Citizen's Comment periods whether they attend in person, virtually (online), or are unable to attend. Registration is required by noon on the day of the meeting for those wishing to speak from an online platform (Zoom). If you do not register with the name and email address under which you will appear online, you will not be allowed to un-mute and offer comment.

  5. Register to Speak / Submit a Written Comment*

    If you would like to speak during a Citizen's Comment Period, please choose how you plan to attend the meeting.
    You may also submit a written comment only which will be provided to the Board of Supervisors.

    • Only comment on matters that are within the purview of the Board. Clearly state your position, give the facts to substantiate your position, and state the concerns you wish the Board of Supervisors to consider. 
    • Profanity and abusive or offensive language are not permitted and will not be tolerated. Comments containing such language will be deleted in full.
